What to do if your baby formula is recalled
- Match the lot. Recalls target specific lot numbers, date codes, or UPCs — not whole brands. Find the affected codes in the official notice and compare them to your product.
- Check the class. Class I is most serious (risk of serious harm); Class II is temporary/reversible; Class III is low-risk labeling issues.
- Don't use it if it matches. Stop using the product, and follow the notice's instructions — usually return for a refund or safe disposal.
- Re-check periodically. Recalls are announced constantly. This page and our RSS feed update continuously.

Important. A listing here doesn't mean every product from that brand is affected, and an empty list isn't a safety guarantee. Always confirm your exact product against the linked official notice. EveryRecall is independent and not affiliated with any government agency.
