Terms of Use

Last updated: June 11, 2026

By using everyrecall.org ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What EveryRecall is

EveryRecall is a free, independent informational tool that searches publicly available product recall records from government sources in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom and links to the official records. We add the cross-database search and presentation; the underlying recall data belongs to the issuing agencies.

Informational use only — no warranty

The information on this site is provided "as is" and "as available," for general informational purposes only. It is not safety, medical, legal, or professional advice. While we work to present accurate, current data, we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryRecall and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its information. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Not affiliated with any agency

EveryRecall is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the FDA, CPSC, USDA, NHTSA, Health Canada, the UK government, or any other agency. Government data is republished under each agency's open-data policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, to scrape or overload it in a way that disrupts service, or to misrepresent its information as official government communication.

Third-party links and ads

The site links to external records and displays third-party advertising. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, sites, or ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising and analytics work.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
